wristbands

the first wristband i wore was the Livestrong band. i wore one because i lost a loved one to cancer, my dad. now, i want to get either the One band or the Make Trade Fair band that Chris Martin was sporting in the MTF video. but too bad, i don't have a credit card to buy it online. haha :)

sorry for the Coldplay association. i watched the Colplay Take 5 on Myx today twice and listened to the X & Y album the whole day. plus, i'm now seated next to another Coldplay freak.

speaking of "i'm now seated", i was transferred in front of Brand Manager and Not The Photographer over the weekend. my new seatmate on the left is the noisiest in the office. super noisy. swear. no one will contest me on the that. so when he arrived in the office today, i told him that he can't make a single noise ever while we're seatmates. poor guy huh?

but after 3 hours, i realized that my biggest distraction would be the 2 boobtubes in front of me. oh no. that's the reason why i was able to watch the Coldplay Take 5 twice in a day. the former owner of the cubicle even handed me the remote control. waaaahh!

on the other hand, my officemate who was also transferred over the weekend will have to get used to the celebrities dropping by my cubicle. there were 4 of them today. haha :)

shopping money

husbands should give their wives shopping money so that their wives will not borrow money from their poor, single friends.

she's the apple of the eyes of the boys here in the office. they've asked us to let her come to the office for 2 fridays now. and yes, she has been here for 2 fridays. oh my! pictorial galore! guys of all ages were lining up for a photo op with her last friday. boys will be boys. oh, her name's Jaymee Joaquin.

i told my friend last night "just shut up and let them talk." she's in a petty fight with 2 girls, who are bestfriends. she doesn' even know how it started. next thing she knew, she's been hearing things about stuff she did not do at all.

i wouldn't be giving out this advice if i haven't tried it myself. trust me its pretty hard. and it hurts real bad.

my ringtone for the past month has been the Nokia tune. why? i can't find a ringtone that i like. i've kept on looking in the phones of other people, but still i can't find one that i like. that's why i resorted to making Nokia tune my ringtone. pathetic eh?

that made me pretty excited since i'm getting the new HP book on the 16th and then the new SK book on the 19th. and my birthday is on the 17th. double treat for my birthday. a-yeah!

anyways, i was at Powerbooks Megamall yesterday when i saw a stack of Sophie Kinsella books in the new releases section. i couldn't believe it. my mind and heart were racing from excitement. i wanted to scream "its the new SK book!!!" i immediately grabbed one and paid for it before anyone from the bookstore took it back from me and tell me they made the mistake of releasing it.

i'm now in chapter 21, 5 more chapters to go and i'm done with the book. i was so tempted not to sleep last night and finish the reading book. but i had the willpower to put it down and go to sleep. what made me do so? if i finish the book in one sitting (and lying down), i might be late for work again and i might get a suspension as a result. wahahaha :)

i know i can't read the book while i'm here in the office but i still brought it with me. who knows, i just might find time to finish the book. hee hee :)

chairs

old timers here in interactive are very possessive with their chairs. yes, i'm one of them. when our chairs are missing, we immediately get mad. yes, seriously. you can sit in our chairs (restricted to our cubicles only) but when we need to sit in our chairs, better get up fast.

upon getting back from the planning session today, i saw my officemate using my chair in his cubicle. mortal sin!!!!! i stayed for about a minute in my chair and headed down to the bakery with my officemates. when i got back, i saw my chair being used by another officemate. mortal sin!!!!! how could she get it from my cubicle when she knew i wasn't going home yet?

thank goodness, i've calmed down now so i was able to stop myself from (1) printing "do not touch" and stick it at the back of my chair and (2) tying my chair to my cubicle.

just not my day, according to OJT Killer.

since they are used to eating champorado before, i suggest that they start eating champorado again.

go figure what my teammate texted me the other day. she's obviously drunk. haha :) she can't even remember that she texted me. LOL.

i knew it! Not The Photographer texted my teammate to lessen the artists the artists coming over in the office. oh well, lets see if they will be able to keep their artists that way. 'nuff said.
