Because all of my staff are contractuals, they don't get the yearly bonus. Heck, tbey don't get 13th month pay. And I felt REALLY bad when the bottomline of the Managing Director's message today was about the bonus we will be getting next year.

I get the same feeling everytime bonus is being discussed in meetings, pay raises, benefits, etc. And I really hate what I'm feeling. I hate, hate, hate it.

God, help me. I need to get them regularized.
