my sister ("ate") is getting married in two weeks time. that means i'm gonna have a brother-in-law from then on. too bad, i can't call him "kuya" because i'm older than him. hahaha :)

tragic

last friday, i was about to blog about the long and thick lines of people at ultra for the first year anniversary of the noontime show. about how poor this country is. about how the host of the show is their beacon of hope. about why this country is not gonna prosper at all. but i was never able to blog about it. but i digress.

come saturday morning, my officemate texted me that there was a stampede at the ultra and people have died. i was so shocked because some of those people i saw last friday may have been dead already. sad sad sad. now, everytime i pass by ultra, flashes of that friday morning never fails to flick my memory.
