MAKE (it to the) TRADE FAIR

no, this not a coldplay post.

ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries will be having a trade fair this coming tuesday. i just got word yesterday that i'm part of it. and when's the trade fair again? oh my my, what a hassle! i packed my monday and tuesday with meetings as my boss will be on a 3-week vacation starting wednesday. and because of this recent development, i have to either squeeze or move all my meetings earlier in the day (i hate morning meetings!). hassle!

actually, it'll be a 3-day event for us: ingress on monday afternoon, event on tuesday, and egress on wednesday early morning. i hope i can offset wednesday so that i can rest (yeah, right. i'm just tamad.)

so i attended the pre-prod meeting of the trade fair yesterday, and man, the core committee has lots of things to do to make it to the trade fair. i wish them all the luck! i just hope our booth is not the most pathetic out there.

and worse, i have to buy a khaki cargo pants for this freaking trade fair coz its part of our tacky outfit - white visor, white shirt, khaki cargo pants and white sneakers. and no clothing allowance provided!!!! jeez. i didn't volunteer to be in this trade fair.

whatever consolation i will get from this hassle, i will find out on tuesday.
