premature

someone just greeted me a happy birthday. its 2 days early. oh great! he just had to remind me that my birthday's coming up. this guy's turning 25 also this 22nd of July and he thought that our birthdays are a week apart so he greeted me today.

its our inside joke that i'm older than him. and he wasn't remiss in doing that today with this text of his: 25 ka na? happy birthday!. and since i'm still technically 24 years of age, i replied: 24 pa rin ako, just like you. and he said: ayaw mo lang mag 24 eh. yeah, so true.
